As a healthcare strategist and quality improvement advisor, I have spent nearly two decades helping clinical directors, executive teams, and health system leaders solve complex data challenges. Holding a Master of Science in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety from the University of Toronto—alongside credentials as an IHI Improvement Advisor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and PMP—I specialize in bridging the gap between statistical theory and real-world clinical practice.
