With nearly two decades working alongside primary care teams, hospital networks, and community healthcare leaders, I’ve noticed a persistent, costly challenge: leaders are forced to make critical, life-altering decisions using unreliable, fragmented data.

I founded Quality Improvement for Healthcare (QI4H)—and wrote Transforming Community Healthcare Through Data Excellence—to bridge this exact gap.
